DEEP BREATHING EXERCISES
How did I get to deep breathing? I started studying stress and discovered that it is the root to many of the illnesses that the majority of people are living with. Our bodies and minds are not meant to live with chronic stress.
Stress is a mechanism that meant to last a short time to deal with a dangerous situation. Today many people find themselves living with chronic stress. While studying stress I discovered that deep breathing can activate your vagus nerve, which causes an immediate sense of calm in the body.
